Overview Process Engineer (Career Progression) – £45,000 - £50,000 + Mentorship & Training + Progression to Manager + 33 Days Holiday + Bonus + x6 Life Insurance. This is a specialist manufacturer where you will be heavily invested in through mentorship from the retiring General Manager and gain external qualifications while progressing towards a management role. You will play a vital part in developing and overseeing process improvements. This company employs circa 90 employees and has been established for over five decades, renowned for expert knowledge and supplying quality to the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. The business is investing in the R&D sector and growing around 20% year on year. The Role
Monday to Thursday 8:00 – 16:30, Friday 8:00 – 13:30. Process improvement, design and optimisation of manufacturing plant. Progression and additional training opportunities available.
The Candidate
Experience in improvement and design of manufacturing processes. Exposure to manufacturing environments. Looking for further development and progression opportunities.
Benefits and Location
