What You'll Be Doing:

Process & Project Management

Lead new adhesive coating product initiatives from concept through to launch. Create project timelines, allocate resources, track key milestones, and manage budgets. Oversee production processes, identifying and implementing improvements to drive efficiency and product quality.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with R&D, production, quality, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Lead technical review meetings and act as the central point of communication between departments.

Customer & Technical Support
