JOB PROFILE This challenging role includes all aspects of Manufacturing Engineering. Key responsibilities include the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage, Commission and set up new / additional equipment identified through the CI process. Continually look to improve the process performance with regard to safety, quality, cost, availability and cycle time. Ensure the equipment meets and maintains the EH+S safety requirements through risk assessments and Impacts/Aspects analysis. Proactively react to line performance issues to deliver the key plant metrics. Use of Six Sigma and related CI improvement techniques to achieve Zero Defect manufacturing and Error Cause Removal. Manage across departments and external suppliers to deliver the projects on-time, in budget and to specification. Daily monitor the performance of the equipment. Liaise with the Maintenance team to provide in production and "later year" equipment support Determine the PM and spare parts requirements plus the capture of any lesson learnt additions to the PM procedure. Support the Quality function, QRCM team, Plant Reviews and warranty RCCA team within the allocated portfolio. There will be a need within the role to support NPI functions. Support other areas of the plant upon request. KEY DELIVERABLES
