Are you an experienced Process/Wastewater Design Engineer looking to take the next step in your career with a forward-thinking utilities provider?

In this role, you will oversee the adoption of new sewerage systems, sewer diversions, and pre-planning enquiries. Acting as the main point of contact for developers, you will carry out technical appraisals, provide expert guidance, and ensure compliance with S104 and industry standards. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement across systems and processes, supporting long-term growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sewerage design within a developer, consultancy, or water company environment, with a detailed knowledge of adoption policies, S104, and design/construction guidance.

The Role:
Technical appraisals of sewerage network designs, SuDS, pumping stations, and rising mains. Provide technical support and guidance on adoptability and design compliance. Liaise with developers, consultants, and internal teams. Support adoption and commissioning, producing reports and compliance checks. Contribute to continuous improvement of internal design systems and processes. The Person:
Experienced Wastewater Design Engineer or Designer. Strong knowledge of sewerage design, S104, and adoption policies. Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience). Chartered Engineer status desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Reference Number: BBBH(phone number removed)
