Responsibilities of the role: Lead the design, development, and optimisation of manufacturing processes, with a focus on automation and robotics. Drive process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve product quality. Support the rollout of new robotic systems (e.g. FANUC, ABB) and automated manufacturing equipment. Apply Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
