What You Will Do as Process Engineer:

Develop, configure, and optimise industrial processes from concept through to certification, ensuring efficiency and reliability

Assess and improve production processes by conducting measurements, interpreting data, and identifying opportunities for optimisation

Design, test, and upgrade mechanical and automated systems, including those for batch and chemical operations

Lead process development for EV specialty components, driving innovation and scalability

Manage the introduction of new capital equipment, overseeing commissioning and smooth handover to production teams

Use structured problem-solving techniques to address quality and efficiency issues, ensuring continuous improvement

What You Will Bring as Process Engineer;

Degree qualified Engineer or equivalent with relevant experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environment preferably within the 1st Tier Automotive Industry

Proven experience in a process, production, or industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality improvement tools

A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
