OverviewOn behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Process Engineer on an initial 11-month contract. As the Process Performance Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping how production is executed on the shop floor - defining the best industrial processes to optimize time, efficiency, and quality across each aircraft build. You'll lead the design of standard line balancing, analyze production data, and identify opportunities to enhance workflow and operator performance.
