Job Responsibilities

  • Possess the ability to conduct in-depth analysis and improvement of on-site quality anomalies, and be proficient in using various professional quality analysis tools;
  • Confirmation of product quality status during sample or mass testing, conversion of customer standards and preparation of internal quality control documents;
  • Participate in the DOE verification of the manufacturing process and provide quality technical support;
  • Quality anomaly analysis, process improvement and product yield enhancement;
  • Optimize the inspection process and inspection items, organize QC skills improvement education and training as well as quality standard training;
  • Formulate and implement plans for improving the pass rate of products from mass testing to mass production, and analyze and improve major quality anomalies.
  • Be responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superiors, and ensure the smooth connection and coordination of work between this department and other departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with English reading and writing, oral English proficiency is preferred.
  • Have more than 3 years of experience as a quality engineer in the electronic-related industry, including PQE/SQE/CQE/DQE, etc.
  • Familiar with the manufacturing process and inspection standards of electronic products, and have rich on-site quality management experience;
  • Have the ability to identify problems, analyze them, solve them and handle them properly;
  • Possess strong organizational, coordination and promotion skills, as well as good pressure resistance and teamwork spirit.
