Procurement Engineer Samlesbury Based (3-4 days per week on site) £28.63 an hour Umbrella Inside IR35 6 or 12 Month Contracts available. The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks suitable to the internal level of this role. The role will contain, but will not be limited to, the following: Manage the end-to-end ordering process for complex orderbooks looking at production and inservice programs across the Typhoon, Hawk and Tornado orderbooks and multiple suppliers including: - Timely order placement - Order book management - Expedition of goods receipts and resolving goods receipt issues - Ensure timely payment of invoices - Order closure Build and maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers. Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships reporting to Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain teams on the progress of PO's and expected delivery information and expected delivery information. Attend key meetings including on-site supplier reviews
