As Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimising and operating our pilot line. You will also play a key role in developing our polyester film product portfolio by project managing and scaling up product developments from pilot line to production line. Working within the Technology and Innovation (T&I) Team, you will have the self-motivation and willingness to continuously improve your knowledge and skill set whilst working to the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Monitor pilot line equipment performance: assess reliability of equipment, identify failures and causes of failures, and recommend solutions. Maintain, optimise and work within a team to operate the pilot line. Manage the product development of polyester film products through a stage gate process from concept to full scale manufacturing.
