Base Salary: Ranging from £90k - £200k + Stock + Benefits

What You'll Do as a Product Engineer

• Design and build intelligent AI agents that drive meaningful business outcomes
• Work across the stack, from LLM prompting and agent orchestration, to APIs, to frontend
• Collaborate closely with customers, leading meetings and planning roadmaps
• Ship fast. Test in production. Iterate relentlessly.
• Invent new ways to reason, plan, and act using LLMs and Agentic AI architectures

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a backend-focused or full-stack Software Engineer, in a fast-paced startup
• Computer Science Degree, or equivalent course
• Strong product intuition: You're not afraid to push hard and ship scrappy V1s
• Exceptional communicators: You love talking to users and figuring out what to build
• Some experience or proven outside work working with AI (manipulating LLMs, Prompt Engineering)

You’ll have real ownership, ship to production fast, and help shape both the product and culture from the ground up
