The Product Engineer, Brand Partners will be an integral part of the Brand Team and assist in the growth of the portfolio of industry-leading brands within the Edmund Optics Marketplace. This role will directly support the commercial success of partner products by executing the tactics identified in the Marketplace Partners Brand Strategy. By combining technical, marketing and business skills, the Product Engineer, Brand Partners will be critical in ensuring the strategic fit of new branded partner products. This role will work closely with internal Product Line Managers, Merchandising, Product Release & Marketing, as well as external Sales and Channel Managers of assigned brands. Some travel is required.Essential Functions:Support the execution of the Marketplace Partner Brand strategy for assigned brandsResearch, understand and communicate supplier product information to internal teams to ensure product content, features & benefits and technical specifications are aligned with EO’s website, product videos and/or printed collateralParticipate in cross-functional product onboarding processes including technical validation, data curation, and commercial readiness for assigned brandsAssist in maintaining strong relationships with supplier marketing teams and channel managers to ensure alignment of goals, roadmaps, and performance expectationsAssist in the execution of supplier brand marketing and merchandising through campaigns, product spotlights, and promotional strategiesCollaborate with internal product release, product content, and merchandising teams to align brand promotions with commercial and corporate strategiesStay informed on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform the Brand TeamComply with statutory and company policies, procedures, and regulationsQualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
