What You’ll Do

Lead product development from concept through to production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance
Conduct feasibility studies, testing, and validation of new products
Analyse performance data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Ensurepliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

What They Are Looking For

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Product Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in product development and lifecycle management
Strong CAD and prototyping skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effectivemunication and teamwork skills
