Role Overview:
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality technical support and driving product excellence? We’re looking for aProduct Support Engineerto join our global team, providing expert guidance on our steam thermal solutions. This role is pivotal in supporting our operating companies and end-users, especially during the commercialisation of new products. You’ll be at the heart of technical problem-solving, training, and continuous improvement.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
- Providing technical support for our global product range, particularly in steam thermal solutions.
- Managing and resolving issues related to mechanical and electromechanical products, including hardware for industrial steam, fluid, and temperature applications.
- Supporting local sales companies through training, workshops, and remote or on-site meetings.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer support processes and product/system development.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party partners.
- Maintaining and developing technical documentation for both internal and end-user audiences.
Your previous experience is likely to include….
- Customer-facing technical support in industrial or engineering environments.
- Designing, commissioning, or supporting Thermal Energy Solutions systems.
- Experience with industrial monitoring, automation, and control systems.
- Familiarity with mechanical/electromechanical products and industrial hardware.
- Understanding of industrial communication systems, including BMS and cloud-based monitoring.
