Job Title: Production Electronic Engineer Location: Oxford Salary: £42,000 per annum

This role involves testing, repairing and debugging advanced electronic products used across entertainment, engineering and scientific industries. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Electronic Engineer ensures high-quality output through PCB-level diagnostics, test development and technical support across the production and RMA processes. Supervise the Test team and provide technical and observational support. Ensure product quality through final testing, report analysis, visual checks and correct lens set-up. Diagnose and repair faults in assemblies, sub-assemblies and PCBs to component level. Maintain and verify camera test facilities, performing routine checks and raising issues when needed. Write and update test specifications and instructions within the MDR and QMS systems. Generate investigation and test reports for management and development teams. Manage the repair and RMA process, including prioritisation and timely turnaround.
