Production Engineer Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

As a Production Engineer , you will be the bridge between design and manufacturing – making sure complex PCB assemblies and full product builds can be produced reliably, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:

Creating and refining production processes, routings, and documentation to ensure smooth operator-led assembly. Driving continuous improvement across PCBA and product assembly, removing variability and risk. Supporting NPIs, design reviews, and new customer requirements with practical manufacturing solutions. Developing build instructions, BOMs, test procedures, and tooling to support production. Working closely with manufacturing, sales, and customers to ensure technical requirements are fully met. Analysing defects and process failures, then implementing corrective actions through smart engineering fixes.
