Support the launch of new products and ensure they are ready for production Identify and fix production issues using root cause analysis methods Create and update instructions, specifications, and parts lists Review and improve production processes to boost efficiency and cut costs Work with other teams to solve technical and production problems Lead projects to improve quality, safety, and sustainability in manufacturing Make sure all work follows health and safety rules and best practices Communicate with suppliers and teams to get the right tools and materials Set up meetings and reviews to support ongoing engineering work Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Degree or HNC/D in Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related subject) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role Strong background in mechanical engineering Confident using CAD software and MS Office Proven experience creating and checking technical drawings, BOMs, and routes Work well independently and as part o...
