We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Engineer to join a key client in High Wycombe.

This role would suit someone with at least 2 years' experience in a hands on Production or Manufacturing role to be the go between for the Design department and Production and Manufacturing team.

Any experience in a similar manufacturing or engineering role previously for a company that designs for manufacture is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

The Production Engineer will be providing Engineering support across all aspects of the manufacturing operations and facilitating the handover from the Engineering and Design teams to the manufacturing department.

Any experience in BOM's and implementing any manufacturing documentation will be very helpful

Read and understand CAD drawings to either design Jigs & Fixtures as well as ensure that designs are feasible and can be manufactured correctly

Any machining or hands on engineering skills will be very helpful - lathe, workshop tools, milling etc.

Key Attributes:

Possess at least 2 years' experience in a similar Production or Manufacturing role as an Engineer or Technician

Have experience working in a Manufacturing or Engineering company previously

Experience in reading CAD drawings

Any knowledge of automate production lines or similar is ideal
