What You Will Do:

Own the mechanical, electronic, and support aspects of introducing new product developments into the supply chain. Ensure the supply chain and subcontract manufacturers are prepared for high-volume production with exceptional quality. Develop and implement new manufacturing equipment and processes, ensuring they meet yield and capacity targets. Define and enforce rules for Design for Manufacture and Assembly to optimise PCB and mechanical designs. Manage prototype builds, ensuring logistics, production lines, and build plans are in place and issues are addressed.
