Production Engineer – Electromechanical Manufacturing (Access Control Systems)

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of a small but highly skilled technical team, you’ll:
Develop and refine manufacturing processes for precision electromechanical assemblies (including magnetic locking systems) Identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and create clear SOPs and work instructions Drive quality and compliance initiatives in line with ISO 9001 standards Lead root cause analysis and corrective action projects to improve reliability and reduce defects Support tooling, jigs, and semi-automation projects – from design to commissioning Collaborate across design, production, and supplier teams to ensure seamless operations...
