This role will suit an ambitious candidate who would like to work in a senior role whilst remaining hands on. You will be responsible for managing improvement projects focusing on areas such as layout, automation and waste. A multi million pound investment in improvements has already been improved so this will be an exciting time to implement the CI projects.The RoleFull Time permanent role on a large manufacturing siteManaging continuous improvement projects in the manufacturing environment.Combination of office based work with shop-floor based workMentor junior/apprentice/graduate production engineersThe PersonAcademic/working background with manufacturing/engineering.
