We are seeking a motivated Production Quality Engineer to join a dynamic Quality Assurance team. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement across production.

Key Accountabilities - Production Quality Engineer
+ Check final product and intermediate assemblies for conformity.
+ Oversee and support inspection of flagged parts against engineering drawings.
+ Conduct product and production process audits.
+ Support and promote continuous improvement and lean initiatives, including 5S/6S.
+ Lead and assist with investigations into non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are documented and implemented.
+ Request and review supplier corrective action reports.
+ Support prototypes and NPI with manufacturing readiness reviews.
+ Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), verifying results and providing sign-off.
+ Assist with 8D investigations and cross-functional root cause analysis.
Skills and knowledge required - Production Quality Engineer
+ Proven experience in quality assurance within lean, engineering, defence, automotive, or aerospace manufacturing.
+ Strong knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001.
+ Experience with quality sign-off responsibilities.
+ Familiarity with structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa)
