Overview

My client is a well established engineering company that specialise in designing and manufacturing a range of equipment for the materials handling sector. As a result of a recent internal promotion, they are looking for a Service Coordinator & Production Support Engineer to join their company. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering graduate to join a company that prides itself on looking after and developing its staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the service engineers' visits.
• Undertake RAMs for visits.
• Produce quotes for customers.
• Arrange delivery of equipment.
• Work with the engineering department to ensure that work is completed on time.
• Support production activities as required.

Qualifications

• Proactive approach with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• At least HNC qualified in an engineering-related subject.
