Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to join our Quality team. This role is part of the Programme Quality Engineer structure. The main function of this role is to ensure that Contractual Quality Requirements for products or services are understood, captured and flowed down through the business to ensure we meet regulatory, contractual and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
- Engaging with partners to align quality objectives
- Leading / supporting resolution of investigations related to customer complaints
- Where required, manage non-conformance through the agreed corporate methods and systems
- Leading and conducting compliance audits and reviews
- Monitoring day-to-day operational activities to ensure compliance in line with contractual deliverables
This role is based at Bristol and may include limited travel, as per programme needs.
Qualifications
- Self-starter with experience in stakeholder management and confidence communicating within the business and with customers at all levels.
- Application of problem-solving techniques (5 whys, RCA, 8D); knowledge of Green Belt and Process Improvement methodologies.
- Auditor or Lead Auditor with extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and international quality standards.
- Good IT skills with Microsoft Office; familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and SAP.
- Knowledge of the Rolls-Royce Management System (RRMS) and ability to navigate the system.
