About the business I’m delighted to be supporting a long-standing, returning client - a UK designer-manufacturer of industrial firefighting equipment and integrated suppression systems used across oil & gas, chemical, marine and heavy manufacturing. The role You’ll manage the technical delivery of firefighting/suppression system projects from concept to handover, ensuring compliance with standards and customer specifications.
What you’ll do

Lead engineering design for water-based and foam deluge systems and packaged skids.

Create 3D models of equipment and skid packages (Inventor or similar).
*
Produce and maintain P&IDs, specifications, BoMs, manuals and procedures.
*
Run risk assessments; ensure designs meet NFPA and UL/FM requirements.
*
Plan and track timelines, budgets and deliverables with internal teams and suppliers.

Support installation, commissioning, site visits and troubleshooting.
