Project Engineer Electrical Control Systems Oxford £45,000 - £50,000pa plus exceptional benefits: MARS Recruitment is exclusively recruiting a Project Engineer who has Electrical & Control Systems knowledge to join a world leader in the design and manufacturing of instrumentation, systems and devices. After a great couple of years for the business, they are now looking to recruit a Project Engineer to manage the delivery of a range of projects from conception through design and into manufacturing. This would really suit a Project Engineer with an electrical and control systems knowledge, several years of experience who likes to project manage and enjoys liaising with the customer, design and manufacturing teams to deliver a world-class product. Our client is operating a 9 day fortnight, so every other week you will get a 3 day weekend. Essential Criteria
Experience in managing significant projects or programmes. Product experience in electrical control systems. Wide experience of design and build processes, knowledge of drawing and schematics standards. The confidence and credibility to lead the projects. Previous experience in managing projects. Ability to plan across multiple projects and tasks. Ability to check and validate engineering designs. Ability to prepare and manage engineering budgets. Knowledge of drawing standards and design processes. Ability to work within ISO 9001 Quality Standards. Awareness of Occupational Health and Safety.
Desirable Skills
Familiarity with 3D modelling and CAD packages. Experience of using Microsoft Project or similar software.
