Responsibilities

  • Manage enquiries and projects for the German market as a native or fluent German speaker, based in the regional engineering office in Eastbourne.
  • Use CAD packages to design projects from quotation stages, through client reviews, revisions and development to final project approval sign-off.
  • Develop mechanical fabrication solutions within the construction, building and engineering sectors.
  • Work in a busy technical projects division in East Sussex with a focus on the German market.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Native or fluent German language skills; based within commutable distance of Eastbourne.
  • Experience level: recent graduate to 5+ years in a similar role; CAD project engineer
  • Strong CAD skills; experience designing mechanical fabrication projects.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to develop solutions for bespoke client needs.

This role is based in East Sussex with ideal candidate home locations including Eastbourne, Brighton, Polegate, Hailsham, Lewes, Bexhill, Horam, Hastings, Uckfield and other local areas.
