Project Engineer - Plant Installation & Maintenance
New Today
This is a hands-on role focused first on overseeing the installation and commissioning of a new manufacturing plant and later on supporting its ongoing operations. During the initial phase, the engineer will coordinate construction timelines with equipment deliveries, manage technical interactions with suppliers, and support the installation, testing, and launch of production systems. Once the facility is operational, the engineer will act as the key technical resource on-site, ensuring maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of plant performance while assisting in building and training the local maintenance team.
Candidates should hold a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering (or a related discipline) and bring at least ten years of experience in technical engineering within industrial manufacturing. Strong background in project coordination or plant setup is required, and familiarity with installing equipment in facilities is a plus. Prior experience working in a cross-cultural environment is highly valued.
If needed, a relocation package is provided.
