Join our Power Transmission and Distribution team as a Project Engineer on our Operational Team and you’ll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you.

What you'll be doing

  • To formalise and specify a delivery solution
  • To brief out the solution to the working party and ensure it is followed and completed
  • Develop and deliver the engineered solution and brief to the working party
  • Safely and sustainably deliver activity to programme, cost and quality
  • Monitor and record works to ensure compliance in a timely manner
  • Support and develop an environment where the working party can thrive and succeed
  • Effectively manage and care for the people delivering the work
  • Take responsibility for smaller projects or sections of larger projects
  • Set performance targets and carry out analysis to make sure your team are working to the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Be involved in the procurement of subcontractors

Who we're looking for

  • Experience and tracker record in delivering projects
  • Experience of supporting large infrastructure projects within our Industry
  • Knowledge and experience of Project Management methodology
  • Strong People Management Commercial awareness with knowledge of both budgetary and financial control
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
