Our client, a rapidly expanding engineering specialist, is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join their growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to design and implement PLC and SCADA control systems for major infrastructure projects across energy, transport, water, airports, tunnels and more.
\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n \n Design and develop advanced control systems
\n
\n
\n Create and implement PLC code and SCADA solutions
\n
\n
\n Oversee engineering projects from concept to delivery
\n
\n
\n Provide client and team training on system functions
\n
\n
\n Ensure all work meets the highest quality and safety standards
\n
\n
\n Collaborate with project managers, supervisors and technical leads
\n
\n
\n Occasional site work (approx. 20%) with minimal overnight stays
\n
\n
\nCandidate Profile\n
\n \n 3+ years' experience in controls, PLCs or SCADA systems
\n
\n
\n Strong background in project engineering and automation
\n
\n
\n Full UK driving licence
\n
\n
\n Degree but not needed. Relevant experience highly valued
\n
\n
