Matchtech has partnered with a leader in the Defence and Security sector, to find a talented Project Engineer who'll join their expanding team in Weymouth.

This permanent position is integral to the successful delivery of technically complex projects, ensuring compliance with rigorous industry standards.

What will I be doing?

As a Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in mobilising the WTB Project whilst overseeing audits, and ensuring the Trials, Verification, and Validation Plan is in place.

Key Responsibilities:

Support supplier onboarding, project mobilisation, approval audits, and maintain technical documentation throughout delivery. Serve as the technical link between teams, providing expertise, resolving issues, driving corrective actions, and representing client needs on-site. Promote project excellence, safety, and a mission-zero safety culture across the team and supply chain with consistent reporting.
