This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated engineer to take ownership of projects, from system design through to final handover, while working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full lifecycle BMS projects, from initial design and engineering through to commissioning and handover.
• Produce technical documentation, control strategies, and panel drawings in line with project requirements.
• Program, configure, and commission BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar).
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and ensuring satisfaction throughout project delivery.
• Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and propose solutions that maximise system efficiency and sustainability.
• Stay updated on the latest innovations in building automation and integrate smart solutions into project designs.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven background in BMS project engineering, commissioning, or systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of leading BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider).
• Ability to produce detailed control strategies and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and client-focused mindset.
• Ambition to progress into senior engineering or project management roles.
