We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Project Engineer to join our team and support the design, construction, and commissioning of a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Derbyshire.

This is a key role in a strategic sustainability-focused project – perfect for someone with strong engineering experience and a hands-on approach to project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full engineering lifecycle of a major construction project

• Coordinating budgets, schedules, technical designs, and processes

• Supporting planning, design, and delivery from concept to completion

• Collaborating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams

• Monitoring progress and reporting on risks, issues, and key milestones

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

• Assisting with procurement of equipment and materials

• Overseeing installation and commissioning of machinery and systems

• Maintaining accurate technical documentation and records

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience

• Background in industrial/manufacturing new build projects

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and engineering principles

• Confident using project management tools and CAD software

• Strong communicator with problem-solving ability

• Understanding of environmental/waste regulations (desirable)
