Pay Rate: £45 - £60 per hour (DOE) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Location: Motherwell, Lanarkshire Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver software solutions to recognised industry standards. Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team using various tools and programming . Take ownership of your work and contribute to the mentoring and technical support of junior team members. Lead assurance and review activities, ensuring documentation, configuration, and release procedures meet required standards. Translate customer requirements into robust software designs, implement and test code, and manage integration, release, and deployment processes. Essential Experience & Skills Background in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or a related discipline. Proficiency or strong knowledge in PLC programming. Experience or working knowledge of SCADA systems. Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
