Project Engineer £27.75 - £37.12 per hour Morson are currently supporting the recruitment of a Project Engineer to work within an Aerospace Production facility. This is a great opportunity to work within a specialised Aerospace engineering function supporting the ramp up at one of the largest plants in Europe. We're looking for a Project Engineer with experience within Aerospace, Production and Manufacturing. We can also consider Jigs and Tooling Engineers within a Project environment. The role is being offered on a 12-month basis, full time on site in Broughton. We can pay a rate of £27.75 per hour PAYE or £37.12 per hour Umbrella inside IR35.

Responsibilities: Ensure successful industrialization of SA Jigs and Tools Requests and supporting Projects until final acceptance and handover. Specify the requested Jigs and Tools assets according to requirements. Integrate mature industrial technologies. Collaborate with R&D to integrate requirements. Contribute to CDT MFT for production investigations utilising tooling and metrology skillset. Interpretation of aircraft design model and relay into operations and operational support. Requirements: Jigs and tooling experience, ideally within aviation. Working knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering processes. Strong project management experience in an engineering environment. Ability to operate from first principles in manufacturing disciplines and activities. Knowledge of aircraft production, engineering methods and procedures. Understanding of relationships with Manufacturing Engineering and Business functions. Experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment required. Strong communication and stakeholder management. Recognising the RESTRICTED nature of the work, suitable candidates will be SC cleared or eligible for this level of clearance
