We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer based in Avonmouth to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.
Summary of the Project Engineer
Salary: £45,000 per annum plus company van
Location: Avonmouth
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:15am - 4:45pm, Fridays 8:15am - 1:45pm

Responsibilities of the Project Engineer
Deliver projects on time and within budget.
Ensure all tools and equipment required for project completion are available and delivered on time.
Purchase materials and parts as needed.
Conduct toolbox talks and site safety checks.
Provide customer quotes for mechanical and electrical products/services.
Complete detailed site survey forms, including measurements, weights, and photos of site restrictions for transportation planning.
Produce comprehensive risk assessments and method statements.
Requirements for a successful Project Engineer
Previous project engineering experience is essential.
SSSTS certification (Construction/Civil Engineering).
Strong mechanical and electrical background, ideally with experience in the Water industry.
Full UK driving licence.
High Risk Confined Space training and lifting gear certification.
ECITB certification.
First Aid trained.
IOSH qualified.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
