Project Engineer

Job Summary

This role involves leading the installation phase of these projects, working collaboratively with the internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction strategies, and the profession development of the installation team.

Key support for the role includes the Sales, Purchasing, and Technical teams, while the role will draw upon the Service team for installation resources and actively shape its operations through best practice. A significant aspect of this position involves mentoring service engineers to enhance team capabilities.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage their diary independently, after the probation period an in-office presence to attend project meetings will be required.

Key Tasks

Lead and support large complex projects from sales handover, through to completion and customer handover, under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager, using the internal and external engineering resource.
