The successful candidate will partner with the Project Manager to oversee projects, ensuring that Weetabix Capital funds are utilised efficiently to align with the company’s strategy and objectives. You'll engage in crafting comprehensive project scopes while skilfully stewarding scope creep, leveraging your outstanding stakeholder management and persuasive techniques.

The Recipe (About the Role)

• Deliver a 100% safety record with zero accidents across project delivery, demonstrating our unwavering devotion to the health and welfare of all personnel involved.
• Forecast and update spend profiles on an ongoing basis, guaranteeing accurate financial planning and stringent control measures are in place to steward expenditures effectively.
• Prepare and present comprehensive Project approval presentations for review at levels up to Managing Director, ensuring all relevant information is conveyed to facilitate informed resolution-making.
• Ensure that regular and accurate communication is maintained with all key and relevant stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage proactively with support functions such as Procurement and Legal to ensure that robust procedures are meticulously followed, thereby minimising risk and enhancing compliance.

The Ingredients (What we need from you)

Key Know-how

• Possess knowledge of navigating the stage-gate project management process.
• Experience of working in Engineering within the Food and/or FMCG industry
• Possess great solution-finding techniques and has the knowledge to understand business processes and requirements.
• Display the techniques to effectively manage budgets.
