Job Role: Project Engineer Area: London Salary: £320 - £350 a day (PAYE) I’m currently recruiting for a Project Engineer on behalf of one of the leading main contractor. This is a site-based role, working on a cut and carve project.

The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for any technical issues, reporting directly to the Project Manager. My client is looking for experienced with cut and carve schemes and someone who has been involved in demolition, piling, temporary works installation, bulk excavation, basement construction and core build.

Responsibilities: Provide engineering expertise during construction phases, including interpreting drawings and resolving technical issues. Ensure construction work meets design specifications, codes, and standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance. Maintain accurate records of project activities, changes, and progress reports. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
