Project Engineer / Project Manager – Manufacturing\n\nLocation: Sheffield\nSalary: £35,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience)\nWorking Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours (days only, flexible hours available with potential for a 4-day working week)\n\nWe are partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in Sheffield that is seeking a Project Engineer / Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of innovative projects within a dynamic and supportive environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Quote, plan, manage, and deliver manufacturing projects on time, within scope, and within budget.\n\n * \n\n Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.\n\n * \n\n Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.\n\n * \n\n Monitor budgets, forecast costs, and manage project finances effectively.\n\n * \n\n Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.\n\n * \n\n Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.\n\n * \n\n Prepare and present regular reports and updates for stakeholders.\n\n * \n\n Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Experience in project management or engineering within a manufacturing environment .\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.\n\n * \n\n Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\n * \n\n Proactive and hands-on approach to project delivery.\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
