Project Quality Engineer (Contract) - AWE MENSA, Burghfield\n\nWe are seeking two Project Quality Engineers (one electrically biased, one mechanically biased) to join our team on a 12-month initial contract at the AWE MENSA Burghfield site.\n\nRole Overview\n As a Project Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting construction and QC activities, ensuring compliance with procedures, liaising with clients, and driving quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport QC activities and ensure timely documentation for sign-off and BV activities\n\nCompile LTRs, Orbit check sheets & ITPs, keeping them up to date\n\nLiaise with clients, BV, and internal teams on quality matters\n\nAssist with NCRs, concessions, and support closure of findings\n\nCarry out and support site audits and client audits\n\nProvide weekly quality updates and ensure compliance with company procedures\n\nSupport the Construction Manager and Quality Lead in project delivery\n\nDetails\n\nRate: £57 per hour (Outside IR35)\n\nDuration: 12 months (initial)\n\nLocation: Full-time, site-based at AWE MENSA Burghfield\n\nClearance: Current SC Clearance (minimum) required\n\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nIf you are an experienced Quality Engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias and hold active SC clearance, we'd like to hear from you
