Here at NXS, we are hiring a Project Quality Engineer to join a leading engineering business, ensuring quality is embedded across the full project lifecycle from design and planning through to delivery.

In this role, youll work closely with project managers and design engineers to define quality expectations, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. Youll be hands-on in developing quality plans, conducting audits and reviews, and leading root cause analysis for non-conformances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project-specific quality plans.

• Support risk management using FMEA and other quality tools.

• Conduct reviews, inspections, and audits at key project stages.

• Ensure compliance with customer, technical, and regulatory standards.

• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

What were looking for:

• Experience in project quality engineering or quality assurance.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as FMEA, APQP, 8D, RCA, Control Plans.

• Ability to work across the project lifecycle with engineers and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
