We're seeking a hands-on Projects Engineer to lead the design, development, and installation of engineering solutions within a manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Engineering Director, this role combines on-the-ground mechanical work (70%) with project planning and documentation (30%) , ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience in managing complex engineering projects, and the ability to work effectively across internal teams, suppliers, and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle of engineering projects from concept to installation, including machine overhauls and CapEx projects. Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues; propose and implement engineering improvements. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project timelines and compliance standards. Maintain technical documentation, reports, and CAD drawings.
