JOB PURPOSE: A versatile Maintenance Engineer will provide planned and reactive assistance to H&T's property estate for general maintenance work and to carry out mini-refits. To work mainly within London and the South East, although travel to other parts of the country may be required, with the occasional overnight stay. The role is to be during normal working hours, although out-of-hours call outs will be necessary from time to time. General maintenance Joinery Basic plumbing Tiling Minor electrical works (re-lamping etc.) Emergency response Larger property projects such as refits, setting up new stores etc.<...
