You will have a strong understanding of fixed fire protection systems in accordance with both national and international standards, coupled with excellent analytical skills, organisation and the ability to communicate effectively with the wider team, clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Proposals Engineer Service Department Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct site surveys and gather key asset information to support accurate estimating. Communicate regularly with the service and maintenance team to ensure alignment. Review tender documents, including drawings, specifications, design standards, and client requirements. Prepare detailed proposal documents using in-house estimating software. Track and follow up on submitted quotations to gather client feedback and drive opportunities. Participate in both internal and client meetings as required.
