Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed and competitive tenders and cost estimates for M&E projects Interpret technical specifications, drawings, and client requirements Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and delivery teams Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors to source and evaluate quotations Ensure tenders align with client expectations, company processes, and industry standards Participate in pre/post-tender meetings and site visits Maintain cost databases and pricing models What We’re Looking For
