Proposals Engineer Location: Birchwood, Warrington, UK Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Join a leading manufacturer based in Birchwood, Warrington, known for delivering high-quality engineered products and innovative solutions. We’re looking for a proactive Proposals Engineer to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals from initial enquiry to handover.

Produce and modify 2D AutoCAD designs (3D advantageous).

Liaise with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams to define project requirements.

Source and evaluate materials and subcontractor quotations.

Support the Engineering Manager to ensure all proposals meet design, quality, and cost expectations.

Requirements:

HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar).

Strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Office skills.

Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.

Excellent organisational and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
