We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The role is offered with a starting salary of £50K, and would suit someone with 3 to 5 years relevant experience
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and align with our company's strategic goals. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, ideally in a regulated sector (water, nuclear etc), and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
Duties
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.
* Analyze project specifications and requirements to create comprehensive proposals that address client needs.
* Prepare technical documentation, including design calculations, project timelines, and resource allocation plans.
* Ensure that all proposals are compliant with industry standards and company policies.
* Present proposals to clients and stakeholders, articulating the technical aspects clearly and persuasively.
* Maintain an organized database of proposal documents and track proposal progress throughout the submission process.
