Public Health Engineer (Building Services) - Associate Director

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design of potable water, foul and rainwater drainage, sanitation, fire suppression systems across projects.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans, guide MEP teams through all stages of work.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural, mechanical teams, ensure design integration, value engineering, cost controls.
  • Drive sustainable, coordinated designs, champion smarter methods, deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Engineer, member of professional institution (CIBSE or CIPHE)
  • Strong technical background in building services design, construction, procurement.
  • Relevant experience designing and specifying sustainable coordinated designs for water supply, drainage, sanitation, fire suppression systems.
  • Experience leading MEP teams through all stages, understanding multi-disciplinary processes.
