Python Software Engineer. AI driven Helpdesk. RASA integration.

RASA Chatbot Integration. Part-Time, Long-Term.

Help build the AI-driven Helpdesk for our Ed-Tec platform, which records travel whereabouts information for UK boarding schools and manages travel logistics.

Flexible, part-time hours with long-term potential. You will lead the development of our AI-driven helpdesk system at I-GTM, integrating RASA with our existing tech stack including React, Twilio, FreeScout, and internal APIs.

About the Project

The goal is to provide smart, secure, and responsive chatbot support for parents, schools, and transport teams, with escalation to human agents via FreeScout when needed.

Requirements

• Set up a RASA development environment using Docker
• Deploy RASA to Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for production
• Integrate RASA with:
• React frontend via Botfront or similar
• Twilio for SMS & WhatsApp messaging
• FreeScout for handover to human agents
• Existing REST API with secure, authenticated flows
• OpenAI or other LLMs for real-time data enrichment and analysis
